I am confused with how Generative Credits work (and yes, I read this 

You will see from my history that I generated 6 assets with Heygen - Not all of them were actually with Avatar IV. Let's say that they are all Avatar IV. My videos were actually 20 seconds long. So my questions:

Is the minimum duration 30 seconds? Let's say if I have a video of 45 second, then will it be one minute?

In your Generative Credits article, it says that 1 minute = 20 credits for Avatar IV. But in my case, only 6 credits were used. I should be charged more, right?

Can you please tell me if I will use credits for those tools:

Overall, your products are just great. I spent a lot of time to compare different tools and you are one of the best. HOWEVER, your lack of transparency and clear definition of credit usage create a lot of trust issues with your brand.
