I paid $29, but I still can't use the service. I clearly received the receipt.

I've emailed them twice about this error.

I attached the receipt and provided them with the information they requested, but they just said it couldn't be verified.

The problem is, this isn't the first time this has happened to my account.

The first time, we resolved it through email exchanges. (All my records were deleted, but my subscription was restored.)

Now, my subscription hasn't been restored.

29$를 지불했는데도 서비스를 이용하지 못 하고 있어요. 영수증도 분명히 받았습니다.

이 오류에 대해 이메일도 두 차례나 보냈습니다.

영수증도 첨부하고, 헤이젠이 요청하는 정보도 알려주었지만 확인되지 않는다는 대답만 듣고 있어요.

문제는 내 계정에서 이런 일이 처음이 아니란 거에요.

처음 이 사건이 벌어졌을 때는 이메일을 주고 받으면서 해결되었어요. (나의 모든 기록이 지워지긴 했지만, 구독 플랜은 돌아왔습니다.)

지금은 구독 플랜이 돌아오지 않고 있어요.
