I paid for an unlimited account just 2 months ago, and I have already received an email indicating that they have decided to apply limits to all accounts, absurd usage limits because we went from unlimited use, for example translating videos (which I bought it for and is my main use) to only 2 hours of translation per month, even if you pay for a full year, you will only have 2 hours per month! In other included tools, which I hardly use like avatar videos, they say they will remain unlimited for now, but you can no longer trust a company that changes its limits whenever it wants, even if you pay for an unlimited account 🤬. Honestly, I feel deceived and scammed and I would not buy it again nor recommend it to anyone in my community of users and students. I am already looking for similar options for video translation, but with more serious companies. Oh, and I forgot to mention that I paid 2 months ago, but if I cancel now, no one gives me a partial refund for the 10 unused months, money wasted! 😡
