Free Plan is the slowest, with videos processed after paid users, only 1 at a time, and the longest wait times.

Creator Plan is faster, with the first 100 videos per month in priority queue, 2 concurrent videos, and regular queue after 100 videos.

Team Plan has the same priority as Creator but allows 4 concurrent videos, making it better for higher volume. Enterprise Plan is the fastest, with all videos in full priority, 20 concurrent videos, and no slowdown regardless of volume.

Creator and Team share priority speed, but Team handles more videos at once, while Enterprise offers unlimited priority and capacity.

If that is the case, I'd really appreciate if Hey could consider adding a higher limit for the Creator/Team Plan per video. The 100 videos/month of fast processing makes sense but the limit duration limit is too small. I usually create videos of around 35-40 mins.

So I have to keep splitting and merging them to be able to process them on Heygen and edit them later on Premiere Pro.

I know this limit is removed on the enterprise plan, but from what I heard that's at least $18K or something similar.

It'd be nice to mid tier plan for those who work with long and stay under the same conditions for video processing as in the Creator/Team plan for a reasonable price. (processing speed and concurrent videos). Or maybe as an add-on option. I mean I would really consume the same amount of Heygen resources as I'm now on the Creator plan but I'd just avoid having to split the videos.

Increase Maximum video limit to 60 mins
