I was working on preparing a large project a couple months ago. I selected a number of lifestyle avatars as they have good expression and body motion on an attractive set. I had to finish another project for about 8 weeks. Now when I come back to continue the project, all the avatars I planned to use as “unlimited” on my Team Plan are now labeled IV and have the 10 minute a month Avatar IV restriction. This is unacceptable. I have a lot of video to create for a training series in multiple languages. This is why I chose the HeyGen platform because there were good Avatars that I could use to create the hundreds of hours of training video content I need. Now I'm restricted to 10 minutes a month for these same avatars???? If I want more I have to pay how much a minute!!! Why were these avatars changed to IV and now limited??? This is bait and switch! I have an entire project partially started and now I cannot complete it with the avatars I chose for the project a couple months ago. The other avatars that are not labeled IV are not good enough. This is a major disappointment and possible deal breaker. I may have to go with another service to create the videos I need.
