For a company selling high quality avatar audio your live events audio could improve.

Not telling you what to do but my suggestion, is to make it easier for everyone to understand 

Bin's audio was almost unintelligible on Thursday during the Video Agent show.

Suggest getting a directional microphone like a shotgun mic or a small lavaliere that clips close to your mouth.

The environment, Please don't sit 10 feet away from an omni directional mic in a large empty room with nothing absorbing ambient sound. Have a great day!
