I've been having an issue with video translations being rejected by moderation when the transcript was edited even by changing one word (the proofreading feature). 

It's been happening since last week and no one has offered me any help despide the videos being wrongly rejected as confirmed by the support.

Now on top of the original issue, I have lost access to the support chat from within the app. 

the quality of their service is a disgrace to this company. They did not help me at all, they offered no solutions and they don’t even reply to what I write. 

They just answer with the same robotic video ID request which changes nothing because the videos still don’t work. I’ve been telling them it’s not going to work, but they just repeat the same thing over and over. Probably just bots, not even real people. 

I need help right now. I can’t run my business.
