Regarding the issue of virtual digital humans, we hope you can provide feedback again

About a month ago, when I opened my website membership, I was able to use a photo of a person to generate a 5-6s video as a basis for creating digital human videos. That feature had a limit on the number of times I could use it, so I also purchased a dedicated feature service package to use it. However, about 10 days ago, I found that this feature was no longer available. I have already provided feedback once before, and it has been 8 days now. The problem is still unresolved, and the specific issues I have reported are as follows:

As shown in the figure, the first step is to upload a photo of a person, and then click three points to operate step 1. Previously, there was an option below (which is no longer available), and one option is "Add Action". Then step 3 will be generated, which is a video of about 5-6 seconds, and then use this digital video to create the required video.

I really like this feature and have purchased a feature usage package service (approximately 105RMB) for it. Its advantage is that when using photos to perform steps 1-2-3 in the control room, there are action commands added. It is very flexible, with the use of virtual settings such as Ke Ling AI, Runway, and experts. The resulting digital human expressions and movements are particularly diverse, which is great. However, feedback has been pending for a long time and has not been resolved.
