I am a new subscriber and I'm looking for some help regarding a promotional issue.I recently subscribed to a plan directly from the website because of a 

 (the one with the countdown timer) that promised bonus credits. 

However, after the subscription was successful, I only received the standard credits. The promised bonus credits are nowhere to be found in my dashboard or premium credit balance.To make matters worse, when I tried to contact support via the 

 feature to resolve this, the chat session was disabled/closed. They also not being helpful and saying that I was delusional, but I just subscribe because I have a bonus credit within 24 hours time limit so thats why I subscribe.

I subscribed while the timer was still active and I have my payment confirmation ready. Has anyone else experienced this?

 Could you please look into my account? I just want to receive what was promised in the offer.
