Hello, I am not a professional editor, but created some Videos in the free plan.

Would enjoy to pay for more, but can´t find any direct answer, whcih would be helpful.

I am not wlling to waste time by reading endless and bad constructed FAQ RTFM pages, if I need “just” a little quick help with a small problem.

Why there is no chat or quck email solution? Or an easy to use AI-suppport

I am german and the texts are often not as german language… eg m² means squremeters, in germen Quadratmeter, but the system makes metergrmps of it

as well other expresions like www.webpage.com, it makes something weird of the dots…

uploaded some pictures to be used… but AI adds own pictures, that do not match the sense of the video

To solve that, at least it would be helpful to have a preview to see fails and to corrct it befr wasting credits for failure videos.. f.e. to delete the added pictures (like a storyboard maybe to choose and delete or replace with another picture)

I an concerned, these problems will waste bought credits so how could that be solved?
