I am confused. I payed for an abo for a month. I gave it a try with an handful of videos but sometimes it took a very long time until the result of a video was okay. Now I am told “only stock material is used” when I want to create a new video. So what do I payed for then? This makes absolutely no sense. I am a brand new customer. I feel fooled. Sorry guys, this is definitely not what i expected.

What do I payed for? Only stock material can be used now?!
