I am currently using a paid subscription of HeyGen, but for the past few days I have been experiencing some serious issues while generating and downloading videos.

The first issue is related to the audio quality. When the video is generated, the audio starts normally and sounds clear for the first 15–20 seconds. However, after that the voice quality suddenly drops. There is noticeable background noise and the voice becomes distorted or very low in quality. After another 20–30 seconds it sometimes becomes normal again, but then the same issue repeats multiple times throughout the video.

The second issue is related to downloading the generated videos. When I try to download the video, the system keeps showing a loading state for a long time, but the file does not download successfully.

These issues are making it very difficult for me to use the platform properly, even though I have an active subscription.

I would really appreciate it if your team could investigate and resolve these problems as soon as possible.
