This started as a campfire joke: what if someone inherited a parrot that only repeated their dad’s worst insults? I decided to bring that idea to life using HeyGen and a mix of other tools. It’s my first comedy short outside of politics — the goal was simple: make people laugh. If it makes you laugh too, please share it!

It started around a campfire. My brother and his friend were laughing about an idea: what if someone inherited a parrot that had soaked up all their father’s worst insults and never stopped repeating them?

That conversation stuck with me. I thought: what if I actually built that universe and turned it into a short film?

So here’s the result: I Inherited a Parrot — a comedy music short about bad luck, bad birds, and worse fathers. I poured everything I have learned about storytelling, graphic design, music, and video production into this one piece. It is funny, it is dark, and it is a world I am happy to share with anyone.
