Hi all, I new to the HeyGen platform and need a little advise. I am using the free version now, just testing the waters. I created a new AI generated interview if you will. Everything looks good, but when the video switches to my part of the interview, it is just a still pic of me, no voice or movement. Can anyone give me some suggestions to fix this?
