Community Videos

One of my hobbies is satire.  Yesterday I couldn't talk to the camera because there were too many people running around.  So I used HeyGen to create my commentary.  In this type of video I'll take a segment of another video and comment on it.  Usually, the process of creating a video is very slow.  But it seems the AI Avatar generation is much, much faster than normal renders.  Is that right?

IF SO THE SPEED OF AI AVATAR RENDERING IS A BIG DEAL! (at least to me).

If that remains true I can see using it more.  However, the shorts video was paused because of a possible “content violation”.  Fortunately it was approved.

The video is below.  I'm going to make a complaint I probably started with a year ago.  PLEASE HEYGEN.  Make sets of avatars that can be scripted to appear they are talking to each other.  That would open a world of creative possibilities.

The shorts video probably does make HeyGen a little uncomfortable since it covers China.  Hopefully I won't have problems in the future.  China is not my focus.

Israel's attack on Iran was unexpected and unprovoked.  Gerdes argues often that Russia's invasion of Ukraine was unprovoked.  Why is Israel's actions any different?  If we allow Israel to attack countries without provocation then provocation no longer means anything, right?  

Does Gerdes realize he is going down a road that justified Russia's attack?  

Should the professor do more time thinking about the news than reading it?

He also says he understands that there are "pro Israel" and "anti Israel" viewers.  That is not accurate.  Pro Israel viewers are not homogenous.  Many are against Israel's actions in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and now Iran.
