Hello, gentlemen of Heygen, I'm writing to you about the following, a few days ago on September 27, 2025 to be specific. I bought a creator account for $29 per month on your platform, but at no point do you specify anywhere that only 60 minutes of video translation are available per month, as other companies do when they specify the number of minutes available per month when purchasing a plan, and that if I want more minutes I have to pay more money. The only thing they say is that I can upload videos of a maximum of 30 minutes or 5 GB. By just saying that, anyone will interpret that they can upload all the 30-minute videos they want for a month, until the membership ends if I don't renew it. Frankly, by hiding the fact that it's only 60 minutes per month with the membership payment, and that then you have to pay more money if you want more minutes, it seems like misleading advertising to me, not to say a scam. They should specify that too, as they specify other things.

Buenas señores de heygen les escribo por lo siguiente hace pocos días el 27 de septiembre de 2025 para ser especifico. Compré una cuenta creador de 29 de dólares mensuales en su plataforma, pero en ningún momento especifican por ninguna parte. Que solo se dispone de 60 minutos en traducción de videos Por mes, como lo hacen otras compañías que especifican la cantidad de minutos disponibles por mes. al comprar un plan. y que si quiero obtener más minutos tengo que pagar más dinero. lo único que dicen es que puedo subir videos, de máximo 30 minutos o 5 GB, al solo decir eso cualquier persona va a interpretar que puede subir todos los vídeos de 30 minutos , que quiera por espacio de un mes, hasta que se acabe la membresía si no la renuevo. Francamente al ocultar que son solo 60 minutos al mes con el pago de la membresía, y que luego hay que pagar más dinero, si uno quiere más minutos, me parece publicidad engañosa por no decir una estafa. deberían especificar eso también, asi como especifican otras cosas.

When you purchase a premium plan, they don't tell you that it's 60 minutes of translation time and that you have to pay more to get more minutes. They tell you that you can upload videos of up to 30 minutes, but they don't tell you that only 60 minutes are available.
