Our team has encountered an issue with increased usage of the 

 API, integrated into the HeyGen dubbing studio, to create unique voices for our content for more than two years. However, 

 recently noticed that API usage has quadrupled, 

 This started in January 2026. We usually translate 1 or 2 videos into 10 languages daily. Bills were the same throughout 2025. However, every month from January 2026 onward 

 studio. There are voice usage figures. Each voice has been used for more than 2.5 hours of dubbing daily. But our daily videos are only 5-6 minutes long. Also, each language locale has its own voice; mixed usage is not possible. 

 it is simply impossible to intentionally create more than 2.5 hours of 

 with a single voice in a single video from a single language locale. 

Typically, we translate 1 video into 10 languages using the 11 lab voices integrated via API into the HeyGen studio. Each video locale has 4 segments with captions; therefore, there will be 40 requests. If we use the "regenerate" button for each segment once or even twice, it could double or triple the number of requests, but not 8 times more.

This issue has significantly increased the cost of dubbing, so I'd appreciate your help.
