I’m facing a persistent issue in HeyGen Studio while using Avatar IV that makes it impossible to preview or work on scenes.

Whenever I click Render Scene, the avatar disappears and the canvas shows only a white background (sometimes with my logo). As a result, I cannot see the avatar, lip-sync, or facial animation.

- Switching avatars (Zosia, Annie, etc.)  

- Changing Motion Engine to Avatar IV again  

- Using Remove / Original / Customize background options  

- Re-selecting the avatar multiple times  

- Refreshing the page and restarting the project  

Despite all of this, every time I render a scene, the avatar layer disappears and a white screen remains.

This appears to be a Studio rendering / layer bug, because:

- The avatar is visible before rendering  

- It disappears immediately after rendering  

- The issue happens consistently across new scenes and avatars  

Because of this issue, I’m unable to preview scenes or confidently generate my video.

1. Investigate this as a potential Studio bug  

2. Let me know if there is a fix or workaround  

3. Confirm whether my account needs a reset or flag update  

I’d really appreciate your help, as I’m actively trying to produce client content.
