We've got a number of fully trained video digital twins in our account and regularly create them.

When in Studio, if I use one, and select Avatar IV as the Motion Engine, I consistently get a great result time after time (compared to when leaving on Unlimited, the default). There is no log of on what prompt/call is being sent to generate it that I can find in the UI, but given Avatar IV is a pure photo-to-video API call, I assume it takes a screenshot then calls the Avatar VI endpoint. I cannot determine if enhanced motion or an enhanced motion prompt is supplied, I'm not asked for one in Studio.

When in the API, if when use Avatar IV as the call, the results are always different and sadly very poor. The subject's faces are consistently made cartoonish in different ways, even if I screnshot and upload a frame from the same source video that yield good results in the Studio Avatar IV versions. I appreciate there is no way in the API call to reference back to our trained digital twin avatar, as it's a photo-to-video call, so effectively isolated to a photo + custom motion prompt from what I can see.

So what am I missing if I want to get a similar visual output to Studio… is there some non-public new digital twin-to-video model or endpoints customers cannot access, am i missing a processing step, or is my API call just incorrect?
