Has anyone found a clean workflow to turn a finished 

We’re producing a long-form video agent podcast in 16:9, then pulling vertical clips. Inside AI Studio, resizing works, but each scene has to be repositioned by hand—and unless the framing is 

, the transitions don’t feel seamless scene-to-scene.

Before we rebuild our workflow: Is there a faster workaround, batch method, or best practice to convert 16:9 → 9:16 cleanly from the original content?

Would love to hear if anyone’s cracked this.
