Hi I recently started using Heygen and I have the creator subscription. For me it was a toss up between Invideo Ai and Heygen and for my sort of content creation I felt Heygen had enough tools so I went for it as I felt it was value for money as well the operative word  being I felt. Now when you feel something is too good to be true it surely is not and I have had a similar experience. I was not aware that Heygen had the credit system and no where they have explicitly mentioned it any where on their website. If I was living is USA I would have registered a case against them for dark patterns and fraud. 

What they are doing is highly unethical and they have a lot of paid content online especially on Youtube where influenceers are simply propagating a paid narrative.

They need to explicitly need to mention about Premium Credits on their plans page and simply not brush it under Add Ons.

Thw worst part is they do not bother to mention how much credits will used in certain cases and there are credits used for edits in AI Studio as well which is basically making the end user pay for the AI model's failing. WoW!

Now coming to what is good I truly liked their interface and the features they have, I truly found their interface and certain features far more useful then Invideo.

I truly understand that the end goal of every business is to make money but not by fooling their customers and by not being transparent. 

It took me a while that out of 200 so called premium credits that I had were nearly used up.

At the end I would say this is nothing but borderline scam the only saving grace being that I did find it easier to generate content on this platform.
