I really like Heygen Avatars. I've produced quite a few videos now using the built-in avatars and audio files, imported from Natural Readers (

). I'm planning on moving away from Natural Readers and using the AI voices in Heygen. However, i've encounted an issue when converting text to speech: certain characters like ‘&’ are not converted to ‘and’ but pronounced as “AMP”.
