I am trying to generate an Avatar IV video and the “generate video” button on the bottom is not greyed out but when I click on it nothing happens. I first was redirected to pay $30 in order to make a video which I did, and now it is telling me I need to pay more money for additional credits to make a video which I am unwilling to do since I just paid $30. I am trying to get the “video mirroring” function working and it is telling me I need to pay more money and get additional credits to do this. This is ridiculous. Can you please either fix this or refund me my money since I paid $30 for nothing? Please get back to me ASAP and let me know, Thank you.
