Can anyone provide us with a full breakdown of how credits are used in HeyGen. We have found the small chart on the HeyGen help and support page, however we do not feel this is a true reflection of how all credits are used. For Example, we rendered a few scenes today and lost around 200 credits in the process, yet nowhere on the chart did it show rendering takes credits. If it wasn't the rendering that took the credits then an idea of what did would be great. Does adding pauses in the scripts use credits?? We are finding this all very confusing and find it even more difficult to budget credits when we have no idea when and where they are being taken from! Also just to add, the history screen doesnt show us what the credit type is, it just shows a ‘-’ in the credit type column.
