For the first time I have returned to a video to edit it. I have changed the "in" and "out" points for an element and when I Preview, everything is fine. However, when I return to my main projects folder and access the edited video again, the animation changes have reverted to "in that start" and "out at end".

I have tried absolutely everything, including creating a new project from scratch.

If I add or edit any elements on screen, those changes are saved with a tissue. It is only related to the addition or changes to animation points. I am being told by support that there must be an issue on my side, but if onscreen changes are saving without issue, then obviously it's not at my end.

Has anyone experienced this as my work has literally come to a standstill?
