I used an image of myself for the Avatar IV.  It turned out pretty good, however I have 

 that I need to understand how to address.

The image is a closeup view, less than ½ body, with my hands out of view.  The hands out of view was intentional, as I wanted my avatar to be a low-motion and no visible hand gestures.  I can move my arms normally but do not want hands to come into view at anytime.  Unfortunately, even with making the shot very close to the camera and custom prompts, the hands still come into view.

His hands are and remain out of view of the camera.

The image is of me with a smile, not showing teeth.  When the video is generated, I am seeing excessive amount of teeth showing, but it is more noticeable in context, when I am talking about something serious or somber. 

Is there a way to add scenes so that there is a smooth transition from scene to scene, using the a reference image PLUS, the last image of the previous scene so that there is not a visual break from scene to scene.  I do not want to put in filler but instead want there to be a seamless transition.
