HeyGen does not currently have an active Creative Partner Program, so it sounds like you had access through a previous program that has now expired. The team is working on an updated program, so thank you for reaching out to let us know you've been using it, posting, and are interested in continuing! I'll reach out in a direct message.

I'm not sure where else to ask. I've been a part of Heygens Creative Partner Program for the last couple of months and I've been extremely grateful of the privilege. I've been using the service extensively by making short films and promoting Heygen on my socials. I was on a unlimited team plan. Recently I've noticed I've been moved to the free tier. I'm wondering if anything has changed internally as nothing was communicated with me? I'm just wondering why I no longer have access. Is there anyone that can assist?
