I’m having trouble renewing my HeyGen subscription:

cancel/close out the current/expired subscription

 and then proceed with the updated details using a 

I've tried to change subscription details it would show me that I have subscription already that is past due.

Cancelling/turning off the old subscription to prevent further auto-charges.

Updating the subscription to: Creator monthly with no add on credits ($29).

 or sending a secure link to update my payment method.

, and checking for any temporary holds/duplicate charges to void/refund if needed.
