I’m sharing the results I discovered after testing with one new account and three Avatar 4 credit recharges.

Even the operations team was unaware of this, so I’m sharing it here.

If the team reviews this and finds my discovery valuable, I hope you’ll consider giving me an appropriate reward.

Currently, the avatar motion in unlimited generation is very unnatural.

The reason is that when a static photo avatar is used for unlimited generation, random motion is automatically applied.

Because short motion clips are repeatedly stitched together, the movements look awkward.

The motion for photo avatars is generated based on Avatar 4.

If you want stable, natural motion, follow these steps:

Copy the text of a CNN-style news article.

Paste the article into the script field. Make sure the text length produces about 180 seconds of video. The longer the Avatar 4 video, the more natural the motion will be.

In Avatar 4 FAST mode, enter the following prompt:

The speaker maintains a consistently neutral and professional demeanor throughout the news update. His posture is upright and stable, conveying authority and trustworthiness. He sits calmly, with minimal shifting or fidgeting. His facial expression is focused and composed, with steady eye contact that inspires confidence. He delivers the news clearly and directly, with subtle, measured nods to emphasize key points. His hands remain gently resting on his lap, still and relaxed, to avoid any distractions from the message. The overall presentation is polished and reliable, reinforcing his credibility as a news anchor.

Generate the video (make sure you’re using the Avatar 4 engine).

Once the video is created, the 180-second motion will now be applied to your photo avatar. Because Avatar 4 generates motion and facial expressions to match the script, you’ll get a natural pose throughout those 180 seconds. (Note: the preview will still only show 5 seconds.)

Now create the actual video you want. Enter your real script and preview it — the 180-second motion generated by Avatar 4 will be reused, resulting in a much more natural look.

I sincerely apologize to the Heygen team — I’ve been bothering them for the past five days.

However, it’s unfortunate that even the operations team didn’t know about this logic.

I paid for two accounts and three credit packs to discover this.

Also, note that Avatar 4 motion quality drops significantly when the subject is in close-up (face too large in the frame).

Keep this in mind when applying my method.
