I have tried searching within the community and on YouTube on how to create software training / how to videos?

How do you sync up the voice / avatar with the screen recordings?

Or is there just a lot of "cutting and slicing"?

Do you record yourself doing the step by step and then create a script from the transcript of your actual video? Even then the avatar and the screen recording won't be in-sync because the generated voice will be a lot more polished thereby being shorter than my actual fumbling voice.

Or am I just expecting too much out of HeyGen?

I am struggling to get my head around creating software how to videos?
