I recently signed up for HeyGen. I created a cartoon figure and created an Avatar with it. I was able to create a video using the Avatar III model. I then created another Avatar from a photo of a dog. I can't figure out how to use the Avatar III model to make a video with it. It only lets me choose Avatar IV as the model. Can anyone help?

I don't understand Avatar IV
