I have a set of five fixed avatar characters that belong to the same animated series. They are recurring characters and should always remain visually consistent (same appearance, style, proportions, and identity).

What is the best way to use HeyGen to ensure:

I can reuse the same five characters across different scenes, prompts, or animations

their visual identity does not drift or change unintentionally?

Is there a recommended workflow (for example: character presets, reference locking, character IDs, or any other method) to manage multiple recurring characters within the same project?

I need some help, please.
