I uploaded a video of myself so HeyGen can create an avatar, but I’m unable to get my identity verified. I’ve recorded at least ten videos now, on different days and in different lighting conditions, yet I keep receiving the message that my identity can’t be verified. I did get a haircut recently, so my hair is a bit shorter, but that can’t be the issue, right? How can I resolve this?
