I’m currently on the HeyGen Creator plan, and today I generated a 22-minute avatar video without any issues. However, when I tried to create another 17-minute video, I received a red notification saying that my daily limit for this voice has been reached. This is confusing and frustrating because there is no clear mention of any voice usage limit in the Creator plan details. As a paying customer, I expect transparency about such restrictions. If there are limits, they should be clearly stated upfront—otherwise, it feels unfair and misleading.
