The generation of Video Avatars based on Avatar IV is experiencing issues. This morning, it was impossible to generate a usable video because 

 (nonsensical AI-generated text) were inserted, making the result unusable (see screenshots below).

 due to the platform’s bugs would be appropriate.

For HeyGen team those are the Videos IDs:
