Is it legal that when you choose to cancel a subscription. HeyGen Takes you on some prolonged AI chatbot and still doesn't cancel your subscription?

I recently read before signing up you need to check for 3 things|

Is there a clear single step cancel journey?

Is there a clearly visible support line, chatbot or email address; clearly advertised on the site

Aggressive upselling over and over agin even if there is no indication that you are hitting limits. 

The 3 things are signs that you are signing/signed up with scammers in suits.

Firstly this service is clearly mediocre at best which explains why they want to “accidentally charge” even when you have clearly shown cancellation intent. And then hit you with a fine print that says not payments a re refundable under any circumstances. Most “good intetions” businesses will immediately cancel on first intent (maybe with a single “are you sure?”) and only after that try to pursue you with a better offer… not some AI chatbot that completely ignore you original request…. just to catch you out.
