Is any one else experiencing an issue with pauses?

Last night ALL of my videos the pause in the script is now part of the script. Meaning if there is a 5 second pause the avatar with say “time equal sign zero point five s”.

Then I noticed the inerface changed, so right then I knew they were doing updates. Something this comoany does offten and it's always F's up something.

I was asked for the video and voice id (well its all of my videos at ths pooint), but I gave then one,

Anyway I was told my issue was logged and it may be 1 or 2 business days before I'm contacted back. That is totally unexceptable and the chat part is no longer responding to me.

Anyone else experience the same issue? I am on a deadline and I need to get my project done!!
