Hi. After generating the video (1 speaker, face-on, UK English, same as audio) I can watch the video in Heygen and it looks really good.

However, after downloading it, the synch is slightly off and so I can't use it.

Any thoughts please?  I'm on the free trial at the moment while I'm testing it.

Also, when I put pauses in, sometimes the voice errrrred or said something that sounded like Portuguese… What's that all about?
