Troubleshooting

I am trying to upload a face image to swap on the already available template videos, but every time it throws a “Network Error” message.

checked the image is 720+ with proper lighting on the face, and as per other guidelines

Apparently, it is throwing an HTTP 403 error at this endpoint 

https://api2.heygen.com/v1/pacific/face.upload
