Can somebody please tell me what is going on with the video editor lately?

 is an absolute mess. Text keeps disappearing and then reappearing, and the cursor randomly jumps from one line to another with no apparent reason. When I try to write, the keys often don’t respond and the characters simply don’t appear on the screen.

At this point, adding music feels almost impossible.

Another issue: where is the Technical Support bubble? It keeps appearing and disappearing from the main page, and it’s very difficult to follow up on any conversation.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me? This is costing me a lot of time, and I have deadlines to meet.
