Is the system broken? I can understand the message “High Demand Right Now - Generation may take longer” but when I was a free user I never ran into this long of a road-block.  Just became a paying member 2 days ago after using the product in free trial for 2 weeks. Disappointed and concerned I will loose all the work put into the video. :(

Now I'm trying a different 63 second video and its been ‘rendering’ for over 2 hours. 

Over an hour to generate a 53 second spot and still not done?
