I can find the link to update my payment details and subscription. This is all I see and when I go to upgrade it tells me I already have an account that is past due…. and then does NOT let update payment. 

And Heygen… Honestly you have GOT to have one of the worst chatbots in the history of all chatbots. It is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. 

For context, whenever I try upgrade I just get “the ring of death”

Please OH PLEASE Can somebody tell me where....
