Troubleshooting

I have been having the same issue almost for two months now. I was wondering if it is happening to more people. 

I create videos with my avatar and my professional voice from Elevenlabs. It worked fine until a couple of months ago that all of the sudden the volume on my generated avatar videos start dropping down volume out of nowhere. Sometimes I can catch the glitch in the preview and I need to do a lot of trial and error to fix it. Sometimes it happens after generating the video and listening to it afterwards. 

I have tried different looks, breaking down the video in different scens with different looks and it is now almost happening everytime I generate a video. It even happens with the HeyGen avatars and voices so it is a system issue or some glitch in my account. 

I have tried support but they insist in suggesting I am not doing it correctly, but dont pay attention to the historical data of the different videos where I have had the issue. I have a feeling support is generated by Ai so it wont have the ability to connect the dots on a more complex issue. 

Problems with audio dropping volumen after it is generated.
