Hi! I've successfully implemented an AI coach avatar in my eLearning course (see attached screenshot). This avatar shows up on each screen of the eLearning except for the Test/Assessment sections. I see a “Time remaining” in the upper-right portion of the avatar window. When connected and chatting with the avatar, the counter starts at 12:20 or 12 minutes and 20 seconds. Each time I end the chat and restart it, the timer restarts at 12:20. Here are a few questions to help me determine how I can scale this feature for a broader audience taking the eLearning (e.g., 100 people).

What is this timer/restriction of 12:20 and why is it there?

Based on this setup, using a custom avatar, how many learners can interact with it and for how many minutes in this particular eLearning? How is this priced? I have a Creator license.

What are other cost considerations for a broader implementation (e.g., 5,000-10,000 employees), given that an avatar in a specific eLearning course will rely on its unique knowledge base set up in HeyGen on the topics the eLearning is discussing. I'd like to pilot this feature starting with 1 eLearning course, but I need to understand the cost and any restrictions. I wouldn't want to launch the pilot only to find out that I've run out of ‘interaction time’ with the avatar.
