Hi everyone — I could really use some help from folks who have cracked this.

I’ve uploaded multiple photos and a training video, followed the documentation, and my avatar still feels 

 compared to the high-quality ones I see creators publishing on YouTube.

Here’s what I’m noticing specifically:
 • facial expressions feel stiff
 • lip sync doesn’t feel natural
 • skin / lighting looks slightly artificial
 • overall presence doesn’t feel like “me”

I know this can be done, which makes it extra frustrating.

If you’ve built an avatar you’re proud of, I’d love to know:

👉 what made the biggest difference?
 👉 is it footage quality, lighting, training length, settings?
 👉 are there common mistakes beginners make?
 👉 anything you wish you knew before your first successful build?

AND most importantly, would love to connect virtually to share what I'm doing or even peep to see what your setup looks like.
