I have a Creator account that I was using to test HeyGen capabilities and in doing so I created an excellent Avatar. Today we opted to create a Business account so that we could begin scaling up our HeyGen utilization and start collaborating between more team members. IT created the HeyGen Business account and invited me to it using the same work email address that I was using for my Creator account, which as of now is still active.

I'd like to transfer my Avatar from my Creator account to the Business account but I don't see a way to do that. When I click “Share” from the Avatar in my Creator account it just says I need to upgrade to a Business account to take advantage of that feature.

I Google this and found what I thought might be good instructions (thanks to Google's AI Overview):

 If you haven't already, set up a Business workspace in HeyGen.

 As the admin of the Business account, invite the email address associated with your Creator account to the new team. 

 Log in and use the workspace selector in the top-left corner of the dashboard to switch to your creator account.

 Navigate to your avatar settings, and change the ownership or share the avatar with the new Business workspace.

, if the avatar was created using a specific email, ensure both the creator and business email are part of the same team, allowing you to move assets to the team's shared library. 

Switch to the Business workspace. Your custom avatar (and associated voice) should now be available in the dashboard's avatar library.
