Am I the only one facing this issue (or using HeyGen in this way)?

I have created a video, with scripts + texts on screen, in HeyGen (2024 editor)

Once it is finished I go on the submitted video, and I click the translate button

First issue here: I can't use brand voice here, the only way to use brand voice is when the video is uploaded from outside, which, to me, makes no sense at all! I have prepared everything on HeyGen, I can change the wordings and everything in the editor, so downloading it, to the upload it and lose all the editions possibility is a nonesense to me.

It would seem logical (but again I may be the only one who want to use it that way, please tell me why) to be able to use brand voices here.

Second issue, once my video is ready… the first script (and sometimes the 2 or 3 firsts) are gone!!! Completly missing! It starts at the second or later script!

I'm working with Chrome (was working with Firefox at the very start, support recommended Chrome, which I have been using ever since)

I've had this issue on all the videos I tried. And I really tried more than once!

Translation from video edited in HeyGen does not work, it skips the firts sentences
