I am reaching out because I encountered a significant issue while creating an AI video using your platform. Even though I selected the correct avatar and provided the proper instructions, the generated video came out incorrect — the wrong avatar was used, and the final result did not match the guidelines I provided.

The main problem is that every attempt to regenerate the video consumes my monthly credits. Because the system produced an incorrect result, I tried to adjust the settings and re-create the video; however, now I have run out of monthly credits and the platform is asking me to purchase additional credits. This happened even though the issue was caused by the AI not following the settings I provided.

At this point, I am unable to continue my work or select the correct avatar because the system blocks me due to the lack of credits.

Reviewing what caused the incorrect avatar and faulty video generation;

Restoring the credits that were consumed due to this error;

Allowing me to recreate the video with the correct avatar without additional charges.

I would really appreciate your assistance. I am happy to provide screenshots, video links, or any additional information needed to help resolve this issue.
