I’m reaching out on behalf of our law firm as we explore retaining an experienced consultant or firm to help us build a 

turnkey, AI-assisted educational video production system

We already have substantial content recorded, including:

A completed “hook” webinar (ClickFunnels-style educational marketing format)

Eight recorded educational modules that currently drip to prospects following the webinar

The content is strong, but our objective is to 

 this process using AI—without altering the substance of our message.


 No summarization, rewriting, or AI-generated substitutions.

Legal-appropriate, professional presentation and branding (this is a law firm, not influencer content).

An AI avatar of me (high-fidelity, lifelike) presents the content

The avatar mirrors my voice, inflection, cadence, and delivery (voice cloning via uploaded recordings is acceptable and expected)

Slides and/or picture-in-picture where appropriate

Branding suitable for estate planning and legal education

Once the avatar and voice are perfected, the process should allow us to produce future videos 

, enabling me to focus solely on writing high-quality scripts.

“Good enough” avatars or synthetic voices

Vendors who cannot document or transfer the process to our internal team

Clear documentation and SOPs so our team can run it independently
