For some time now, I’ve been unable to download any invoices from HeyGen.

The billing panel clearly shows that payments are still being processed, but the last available invoice is dated April 16, 2025.

Because of this issue, I cancelled my subscription, but the problem remains.

Despite multiple attempts, HeyGen has not responded to any of my emails requesting the missing invoices.

This has become a serious accounting issue for me:

- yet there is no way to access or retrieve the invoices.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation with HeyGen?

- How did you successfully get in touch with their support?

- Is there any other contact channel that actually works?

- Were you able to recover invoices after cancelling a subscription?

I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance, because at this point it feels like payments were taken, while support and billing responsibilities are being completely ignored.
